The findings reveal that most respondents perceive female leaders as having more feminine traits than male leaders do, while males tend to be associated with masculine features.

These findings suggest that there is a gender bias at play when it comes to assessing leadership performance, with some individuals basing their judgment solely on gender-related characteristics rather than actual abilities and skills.
