Instructors can offer customized training sessions focused on specific issues faced by different populations, such as body image, contraception options, or pregnancy prevention.

3. **Addressing stigma and discrimination**

It is necessary to address the stigma and prejudices related to sexuality and gender diversity. Instructors need to promote acceptance and respect towards people who identify differently from them. They should also challenge stereotypes about what constitutes "normal" sexual behavior and encourage participants to ask questions without fear of judgment.

4. **Creating safe spaces**

Creating a safe space where everyone feels comfortable discussing their thoughts and experiences is crucial for success. Educational materials and programs should provide an opportunity for soldiers to express themselves freely without fear of retaliation or punishment.
