In addition, some cultures prioritize conservative religious beliefs over individual rights and freedoms, making it difficult for LGBT members to openly express themselves without fear of discrimination or harassment.

LGBT members may struggle to build meaningful connections with their peers, especially those from more conservative backgrounds who view homosexuality or transgenderism as taboo or immoral. They may find it challenging to share personal experiences or interests related to sexuality or intimacy, creating a sense of distance between them and others on the force.
