Bisexuality is an important aspect of gender identity that needs to be recognized by all institutions. They face discrimination from both homophobic and heteronormative communities, as well as misconceptions about their sexual orientation. Despite the stigma surrounding bisexuality, there are many positive aspects to it.
Bisexuals can enjoy intimate relationships with people of different genders, which can lead to greater understanding and empathy between them.
