The effect of sexualization has always been debated. Sexualization is related to the act of treating something with sexual characteristics. It is also the process whereby an individual's physical appearance becomes sexualized. According to researchers, it is believed that this can be seen everywhere from advertising campaigns to television shows. Researchers have found that this occurs when someone tries to portray themselves as being sexy. But what does it mean for managers? Managers are people who organize resources and personnel in order to make sure that everything works well within an organization. How do sexualized perception affect managerial fairness?
Managerial fairness refers to how well a manager understands his employees. This involves understanding their needs, wants, goals, desires, and ambitions. Fairness helps managers communicate better with their employees. When managers treat their employees fairly, they tend to get more productivity out of them. They become happier at work.
