To address these issues, teams should engage in open and honest conversations about sexualization and its impacts on identity and morale. They should set clear boundaries around acceptable behavior and language, and offer support for those who experience harm. Leaders should prioritize psychological safety, ensuring that all voices are heard and respected, regardless of gender, race, age, ability, or background.

Organizations must recognize that sexualization is not always visible, and they must take proactive steps to prevent it from becoming a problem by implementing policies, training programs, and cultural changes that promote equality, inclusivity, and fairness.
