During the summer of 2018, I made some bad choices that led to serious negative consequences for myself and others. First, I decided to take part in an illegal street race with my friends. We were speeding down a busy highway when suddenly one car hit another and caused a massive pileup. Everyone was injured, including innocent people driving in the opposite direction who were caught up in the accident. After that incident, I realized how dangerous it is to drive recklessly and decided to be more careful on the road.
This experience had a lasting impact on my moral behavior; now whenever I see someone breaking traffic rules, I feel anger towards them because they could potentially put themselves and others in danger just like I did before.
