Today, there are many interpretations of the Bible's teachings on sexuality. Some denominations emphasize fidelity and abstinence before marriage, while others encourage openness and honesty.
During the early stages of the COVID-19 pandemic, when physical contact was restricted, many people found creative ways to express their sexuality through technology. Online dating apps and virtual intimacy became more popular than ever. Religious groups also saw an increase in sexual exploration during lockdown, as people sought alternative ways to satisfy their desires. Many individuals who identify as LGBTQ+ turned to online resources for support and guidance, which helped them navigate their sexual identity within a religious context.
