HOW SAMESEX COUPLES CAN EXPRESS THEIR AFFECTION IN PUBLIC WITHOUT FEAR OR JUDGMENT

Should LGBT Love Be Visible in Society?

Society has always been against same-sex partnerships and sexualities, but things have changed today. There is an argument that gay people have the right to be seen publicly and express their feelings without fear. This argument stems from the fact that heterosexual couples can freely express themselves without judgment while homosexuals are still fighting for acceptance.

LGBT stands for lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender. LGBT is used to describe individuals who identify as non-heterosexual or cisgender. Some people believe it should be okay for LGBTQ couples to show affection in society because everyone deserves freedom of expression.

Others disagree with this sentiment since they feel uncomfortable seeing public displays of intimacy between same-sex partners.

The argument is based on the idea that all people deserve the same rights and privileges regardless of their gender identity or sexual orientation. It is argued that if one group can act how they want without shame or judgement, then so can another.

There is also a belief that some acts may be deemed too explicit or distasteful by others. In which case, discretion should be employed rather than outright display.

In the United States, there was a time when being openly gay or lesbian meant getting arrested or facing persecution. That attitude has changed drastically over the years due to activism and campaigns by the LGBT community. Same-sex marriage is now legal in most states, though there are still pockets where it isn't allowed. As more states legalize same-sex marriage, the issue of whether LGBT love should be visible in public spaces becomes more significant.

Public displays of intimacy are considered indecent exposure in many parts of the world, but it is not illegal everywhere. There are countries that have passed laws against such behavior like Saudi Arabia and other Middle Eastern nations. On the other hand, some cities in Europe and North America allow PDA (public displays of affection) between heterosexual couples only and do not extend that right to homosexuals. This double standard raises questions about fairness and equality.

The question remains: Should LGBTQ couples be given visibility rights? The answer lies somewhere between yes and no. While everyone deserves to express themselves freely, certain behaviors may be deemed too provocative for some people. Therefore, it might make sense to strike a balance between giving LGBT individuals freedom and respecting other people's views on decency and morality.

Is there a moral duty to ensure visibility of LGBT love in society?

The issue of visibility of LGBTQ+ love is an important one for many reasons. On the one hand, it can help normalize relationships within this community and provide role models for those who are coming out. It can also raise awareness about the challenges that these individuals face, which may inspire people to become more inclusive and empathetic.
