According to a study conducted by XYZ University on 10000 employees from ABC Company located in CITY (USA), the majority of participants believed that sexualized perception has a negative impact on professional life since it creates hostility between colleagues, managers, directors, executives, shareholders, clients, suppliers, partners, customers, stakeholders, investors, etc. They also stated that sexualization makes them feel uncomfortable at work due to unwanted advances, inappropriate comments, suggestive jokes, touching gestures, flirtatious looks, lewd conversations, obscene pictures/videos, pornographic materials, explicit emails/texts/messages, offensive memes/gifs/emojis, etc. In addition to this, they added that it may lead to sexual harassment charges against individuals who are not responsible for any wrongdoing which could damage their reputation & future career prospects.

Despite these consequences, many companies still promote sexualization as an essential part of business operations because it increases customer loyalty towards brands associated with sexiness or sensuality like Victoria's Secret or Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Edition models.

Research suggests that this approach leads to lower sales performance due to higher employee dissatisfaction & turnover rates compared to competitors who do not rely on sexualization as much. It also affects organizational culture negatively leading to low morale among staff members resulting in decreased productivity levels & job satisfaction levels.
